Dropflock

Terms of service

Last updated October 15, 2026

These terms cover your use of Dropflock, a Shopify app made by Packsaddle Software, LLC. By installing the app you agree to them on behalf of your store.

What the app does

You run campaigns where a product's price, or your whole store's, drops after enough real orders. Shoppers pay your normal price at checkout. When a campaign closes and your return window has passed, the app pays earlier buyers the difference between what they paid and the price the campaign reached, as store credit or as a refund, through your Shopify store.

Your responsibilities

Billing

Paid plans are billed through Shopify at the price shown on the plan page, with a 14-day free trial. You can change or cancel your plan in the app at any time; cancelling stops future charges. Payouts to buyers are separate from the plan price and come from your store's funds.

Accuracy and limits

We work hard to count orders and calculate payouts correctly, and we exclude cancelled, refunded and returned orders. The app is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, Packsaddle Software, LLC's total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim, and we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Ending

You can uninstall at any time. Payouts already issued stay issued. The app can't issue payouts once it's uninstalled, so if a campaign still owes buyers money, you remain responsible for paying what it promised them. The app shows what's owed before you go. We may suspend the app for misuse, such as faked counts.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, USA, and any dispute will be heard in its state or federal courts.
